Not everyone has time to go to the pharmacy to pick up medication. If you’re handicapped or it’s too far for you, we’ll pick it up for you.

May I bring my pet on board?

We aim to ensure all our vehicles are up to code in sanitation. To reduce the possibility of contamination or allergies, we prefer pets be excluded from travel unless they are registered service animals.

Tell me more about your cancellation policy.

You may cancel your ride with a full refund so long you cancel 24 hours before pick-up.

How does the billing process work?

You will be billed based on the miles traveled. When picking up a medication, you will be asked to compensate the driver with an additional 20% of its price.

Is your vehicle wheelchair accessible?

Our vehicles will be wheelchair accessible shortly. Despite this, we can and always will deliver exceptional customer care regardless of circumstances.

Can I receive a receipt for my order?

Absolutely! Feel free to reach out to our dedicated customer service team with your order number.
